This one was originally intended to be my 1000th post riddle, hence the “Thousandth post appears” line. Lines joined together with colors will yield a letter(s), or a word! In the end you have to assemble those letters to get a sentence!

...I was thinking perhaps constable? To make 'able'?

...how about 'thin' and 'k'? To make 'think' in the final sentence.
