It's an adjective that accompanies words but it can also stand alone as a noun, hence "I can stand alone, but company I prefer" And as an adjective he stands next to words describing words mentioned in the riddle, or you need that word accompanying those words to describe their quality! I'm confused, I'm not sure what I've just said, but I hope it helps! Now I'm saying ONE WORD, 6 LETTERS That one word joined together with some other words describes their QUALITY and related to the words in the puzzle I'll put together an example for the next time!
