(I think there was a movie with Jackie Chan & Owen Wilson like this... without the naked part). maybe one of the "bad" guys smokes and he lit a cigarette while they were dropping off this guy and of course, threw the match on the ground. After they threw everything off the balloon including their clothes and it still didn't help - they decided to have a draw to decide who must jump off.
