Question

A man was driving a pick-up truck down a country road when he was suddenly broad sided by a trailer truck. A few months went by, and the case finally got to court. The defense attorney said to the plaintiff, "How could you be suing my client now when, at the time of the accident, you told a trooper that you felt fine?

The many replied, "Well sir, it was like this. Me an' my hogs an' my dog was drivin' down the road, mindin' our own business, when a big trialer truck came out of nowhere and creamed us. When I came to, I was in the ditch, and a trooper was pullin' up with his car. He looked at the hogs and they was 'most dead, so he shot 'em. Then he looked at my dog, and he was hurt real bad, so he shot him. So when he came over to me and said, 'How are you feeling?', I said, 'I never felt better in my life.'

That trooper is for sure a bad-mannered one. He had the courtesy of asking the man "How are you feeling?" but not the hogs and the dog. That's called gross injustice. :P

DANG RIGHT!! I would have said the same as the fahmer ;)
