drugs? or more specific cannibus or coca, or poppy?

Scratching ... is also a present participle of "scratch", and may also refer to a form of street art ... re, scratching is one of the measures of a DJ's skills, and there are many scratching competitions.

Would this be what you are referring to? I am in the dark, otherwise.

After we have the answer confirmed, Ill rank and comment, suffice to say it seems interesting so far!
usually a player who needs no handicap allowance, such as a golfer - they store wealth ONLY if they win regular, or it's a scratch card cyndicate, they owe money to winners and have to have the said winnable ticket banked, thus storing wealth on behalf of the winner

You are correct on the "scratch player" part! However, that is only the first clue to the riddle. The answer is NOT a golfer.

Each of the first three clues describes a different part of the puzzle in order. The last two are general for the entire thing. Break it apart.

You're on the way. Here's the solution so you don't hate me. Let me know if it was stupid. Be gentle, I'm sensative.

Parenting.

scratch golfer shoots "Par" on a course.

You pay "rent" to live.

"ING" is a bank that stores money.

The other two are a bit more obvious.
