1) We would likely stop using 'aliens' as a description for them once we know enough about them. Technically, expatriates/immigrants are also called aliens, but they are more often referred to as 'British', 'Jamaican' or w/e. So for us sepcifically from earth, they'll find a term like 'Earthlings' or 'Earthians' or w/e

You could get in trouble for selling cows that may have a disease. It's safer to give them away and have some paper-work stating a waiver of responsibility, that the farmer is not involved once they are off his farm. Then he is legally protected. Unless the aliens abduct the cows and bring them back to jons farm and he cooks them with lemons.
