A man paid thousands of dollars to build an addition onto his primary residence. Yet, after the construction was completed, he never went into that part of the house again. Why?

The man was handicapped and lived his life in a wheelchair... the addition he built was an upstairs that held guest rooms for his many guests.... being in a wheelchair, he oculd not actually visit the rroms because he could not walk up stairs..

Is it a puzzle???? you can make any reason you like and reject all other's answers...puzzle should have one or more definite answers....you cannot tell like that..."A woman is wearing an overcoat in the summer, why she is doing so?"...there can be a thousand answers provided by you all and i can reject anyhting and make up the 1001st...ridiculous
