Gotta start somewhere and harder riddles will come later. Hope it's not solved in one post though... There's many of me of that I'm sure. Of any shape and size. During need I'm at your leisure Should the moment arise. I grow sometimes to meet the leaves I shrink to meet demands. I'm like a dog that's meant to retrieve Except I don't have hands. During holidays I'm brought out, And make things rather bright. On those days I'd like to shout, I'm the bringer of the light There are those who would make bets, That I'm a danger to you. Spilling black reflections indoors wet, For shame, it's all untrue. Come on, I'm not that rare at all Believe me I wouldn't lie. But you shouldn't stand too very tall Unless you'd like to DIE! "indoors wet" is part of the group that they all have in common. It's just that it those two words are together as a single entity.
