Guest
I know that this is stretching the definition of Word Riddles but hey... There is nothing as funny as a good Mondegreen. Can you name either the original/real lyric or the song? If you're interested, the origins of the term are outline in a wiki article. Please add your own (preferably with a clue in a spoiler) but number them uniquely, otherwise we might all get confused I'll get the ball rolling with some fairly well known ones... 1. 0 Guest
NO, THAT SONG IS TERRIBLE (in Radiohead standards, but it's a 7/10) but no. Want another clue because if you don't know your Radioheads you might need to dig deep

The rhythm of the lyric sounds a bit like 'Sulk' off 'The Bends' but I think I'll need a hint.
0 Guest
Hint time: it's a single . I'm sure that's what you were looking for but Radiohead have a lot of famous non-singles I have two more hints after this, both really helpful

0 fabpig
Like Q-Cumber, I thought they were the real lyrics to n 4. So I googled it:- "revved up like a deuce" or "cut loose like a deuce" wtf does that mean? That's worse than "wrapped up like a douche". 0 Guest
I've only listened to one Taylor Swift song in my life, and when I thought I heard another one of her songs, turned out it was Justin Bieber. Dead serious . Let's say a lot of girls can't forgive me for that one Another hint for the radiohead one? And in the meantime, how about another malapropism in music? My friend kept telling me about the lyrics of this and I laughed. "You need Kool-aid, well maybe I made Kool-aid. I'm gonna say yeah, and give you Kool-aid" Led Zeppelin. Not expecting that, were you?
0 fabpig
.just to input the one I never understood ( and since I found out the answer it still doesn't sound like it.) "burnin out the furze of Heb 'addon"
0 Guest
I didn't quite understand you there fabpig, but in the meantime... Here's another hint for mine Look at the titles of the songs, they might correlate with the malapropism

I know that this is stretching the definition of Word Riddles but hey... There is nothing as funny as a good Mondegreen.
Can you name either the original/real lyric or the song?
If you're interested, the origins of the term are outline in a wiki article.
Please add your own (preferably with a clue in a spoiler) but number them uniquely, otherwise we might all get confused
I'll get the ball rolling with some fairly well known ones...
1. "...alex the seal..."
2. "Might as well face it, you're a d**k with a glove"
3. "...my anus is the center hole..."
4. "...wrapped up like a douche..."
5. "...four hundred children had a cr*p in the field..."
