Question

Form a possible theory for that:

A very nice guy of army is found missing by his friend. The friend askes the members of his friend's family about his friend. The answer he gets is that he has gone for a long voyage.Everywhere the friend gets the same answer. One day he decides to stay all night at his friend's house to know more about him as he sure of his captivity in the house somewhere. That night he gets a sight of a man whom he is sure to be his old friend. Next morning when he askes about his friend again to the friend's father. the father seems horrified and and scolds harshly. Next instance he haned with his bag and thrown out of their house.

Why? Why is the friend in captivity (if he really is)? What's going on in the wierd house?:duh:

since I've also read the same Sherlock Holmes story where this captive is a leper. However, the story was written at a time when there was no cure for leprosy, which is not a case now.
