Ok I'm trying my first POW and I've come to the conclusion that it's harder than it looks to come up with these sentences. Not all the words have meanings like other POW's you see, mainly because I need to hone my skills. A lot of mine are just random words together that probably would be better suited just having a + between them, such as oxygen + twist (OS). So I'll see how these work out. Hopefully they won't be too inconsistent.

1. Go number one baseball official strike out Iodine end (7)

2. Type of scan outlining what Windows is type of turn and an egotist’s favorite word (7)

3. Recent President encompassing computer field term middle grade Hydrogen (5)

4. Curve Potassium celebrity news channel tailless garland weighing two thousand pounds (8)

5. 19th regarding existentialist’s question medium size baron beginning part of a laugh, backwards, saw’s partner AOL means of communication, all reversed. (7, 5)

6. Colorful west coast place golf aid tail-less stinging insect inside a hospital section. (7)

7. Endless sunscreen letters reaching infinity jelly (6)

8. A thousand bucks part of a Santa's chant street (5)

9. West coast state nitrogen and a self help book, without the middle (5)

10. Eastern state type of Bison math term regarding (7)

outlining directs CT around OS = COST

Me too. And I kept thinking "ER" for the hospital instead of "OR". Once I got OR I got TOBER and only then did I get OC for the west coast clue. And then I saw how obvious it was with the "colorful" clue and felt all duh.gif

i really got myself messed up when i got the BE and ER for the hospital... got me thinking about Oktoberfest and was trying to link it to a drink somehow :D
