Day 0: Monday 9/14/2009

Ahhhh High School. Good times, great friends, a bunch of random old teachers and the football games. This is what many people remember about High School.

But what most people forget is the drama, the intense stress, the bullying, the framing, the bomb threats and the vandalism that has happened and now will happen again!

Denzian High better known as "The Den" by most had just started their first year. It seemed like any other school year. Little did they know who was coming in to town and who was planning what. With classes starting to kick into high gear and students learning where they fall on that social totem pole, everyone was starting to get crazy. But lucky for the Den they were able to release all that frustration and anger and forget all about that by going to the Football Game, where the Denzian Tigers were trying to repeat as State Champs as well as beat their rivals in the big Season Opener on Friday.

Football meant everything at Denzian High. The now star Senior Quarterback and his best man, the team's star Defensive Lineman, owned the school and were loving every second of it. They had fans from all corners. Whether you were a band geek, goth, cheerleader, school artist, bully, or even the school drunk, you wanted the team to win. There was however one faction of students who didn't want anyone to ever see a football game, and they were those annoying good-for-nothing other than cheating off of Nerds.

The Nerds had an evil plan for all of those annoying football lovers and were ready to put it into action. They had worked the first two weeks of school getting passwords and access codes to the school's main computer system, which had control over virtually every door, window and electrical system in the school.

5 minutes before the bell rang, the nerds got up out of their seats and went to the central hub of the computer. They hooked up their laptops and hacked in and just as the final bell was supposed to ring, there was a familiar "click" the was heard throughout the school.

Instantly, every door leading outside of the school was locked. Students ran out of their seats to check on the doors only to find out that they were indeed locked in. Principal G realized this and was over the intercom immediately.

"Please students don't panic" he said as he attempted to sound collected. "This is probably just a simple malfunction and I will call the company to come..."

"ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZBUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. Sorry to interrupt Principal G, but I figured I might as well enlighten the denser part of the school population of exactly what is going on here. We are tired of the football craze at this establishment and feel that the learning here is being put on the back burner while the most naive and lackluster students are being praised for their ability that has less than a .1% chance of getting them anywhere. We are going to make this school the most enlightened place in the entire nation even if we have to force it down your uneducated throats. This game of football that you all love is poisoning you and we will not release you till only the educated students are left in this building. Only then will we be satisfied and only then will you be released! HAHAHAHA! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZBUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ..."

The deluded nerds had sent everyone into a frenzy. The entire school population was ticked off as the worst fear of any student had come to fruition. They knew they had to find these nerds out during classes and then nail them at the end of the day. Everyone was in on the plan except for 1 kid. The rival school of the Denzian Tigers, the West Denzian Trojans had sent in a spy to watch the QB and DL to try and find out what their plans were for the big game on Friday Night. But now he had the opportunity to keep them out of the game for good. He knows that if he can sneak up and kill the QB and the DL then the team will have no chance to beat them.

So can you handle all this information now that you are trapped at Denzian High. Will you ever escape or will the nerds reign supreme? And what about the football game? Will the Trojan spy foil the big game? Well we are all going to find out MAFIA STYLE

Baddies: Nerds

- Have BTSC

- Win when they are the majority

- 1 kill per night

Alpha Nerd: Has control of the locks in the school. Can trap a person for one day/night and only they will know who that person is. Can only trap themselves once.

Beta Nerd: Has control of the video cameras in the school. Spies on one person per night and learns their role.

Gamma Nerd: Controls the copiers and printers in the school. He can fake a segment of the Night post.

Goodies: Students

- win when all the Baddies are dead

- no BTSC unless otherwise stated

QB: School Hero. Can stop someone from being lynched if he can RID them. Has BTSC with DL

DL: Best Man of school Hero. Block once per night. Block will be shown if successful. Has BTSC with QB

Cheerleader: Very pretty. Has a 50% chance of learning any players role each night.

Goth: Can choose any person and have all actions against that person directed at him. (If A. Nerd tries to trap MrsP and Goth targets MrsP, Goth gets locked up)

School Bully: Super strong. Can kill on odd nights

School Drunk: Can make one person drunk every night. 50% chance of them hungover for the lynch (can't be voted out and their vote doesn't count) Shows who gets drunk, doesn't show whether they are hungover.

Theatre Student: Can randomly copy any role and use it the next night. (Will be given a role that she copied and can perform that role the next night)

School President: Can make any vote count 2x or 0x.

Independent: Trojan High Spy

- Wins if QB and DL are dead before him and before Night 5.

"Trojan Horse": Spy on odd nights, kill on even nights.

Hey I tried to tell you all that Tpax was bad. But would you listen? Noooooo. And then I got off'd. I didnt even get to tell you my reasoning. Whats a defensive lineman with esp to do????

Well:

We had spied CP, on night 1, but we got redirected to the Goth (Derrai). We didn't post anything the first night.

I thought for sure I was a goner in the first lynch with my oops moment. I seriously did think that CP had voted for scsw before me. When I looked through the previous posts, it was like...wow....how did i make that blunder. Let me tell you the sigh of relief when scsw voted for CP...since we knew MrsP was trapped. However, after the lynch I really wish that we had spied CP instead of been redirected, because I would have broken the tie with a vote against RT instead of CP to keep 1 of the 2 important people alive. That kinda messed us up.

Night 2 was our screw up. We had trapped MrsP on night 1. But slick said something during the lynch that distracted us from her being the QB...about how CP and he couldn't see the colors of the vote tags. We thought MrsP was a possible for the QB since the QB didn't save CP with the RID save, but we talked ourselves into it being slick thinking that the comment came from BTSC. We only realized the mistake after the night post...

Both the night 2 drunk story AND the taunt were both ours. I guess slick targeted MrsP that night as well, since he didn't say anything about it. We had also happened to trap slick that night (trying to protect who we thought was the QB). Since ours was the only drunk story, we figured at that point slick was the drunk.

We killed scsw to shut him up basically...he was too outspoken against me. To tell you the truth, going against both CP and scsw is very draining, I don't think I could have gone through that again!!!

Although it was sad to see Rir go, it was a good thing his was probably the least important of the three (although it helped us figure that slick was the drunk on night 2)

I was surprised that everyone was surprised that Darth was killed on night 3. We needed to get rid of the night 4 kill...We had figured that the bully, if he were still out there, would be coming after me, so we trapped me on night 3. Since the bully didn't kill, we figured the bully was killed either night 1 or 2 (we thought it was scsw), so I decided to take that role, which is why I said that I thought I was trapped and obviously wasn't able to perform my action. I figured that if push came to shove (I thought everyone would be lynching me for sure) that I would try the "I'm the bully and trapped, that's why the bully didn't kill...I'm being framed by the baddies." card. I don't know how well it would have worked, but I wasn't worried since I was protected from the lynch anyway. Dudley voted for me on the offchance it would have been a landslide. Then slick voted for clozo (and yes clozo, we got your hint, but *WE* sure as heck weren't going to say anything!!!!!). We knew we only needed one vote to go to one other person. Marth not voting had no effect. We waited until 10:59PM and Dudley changed his vote. (Sheesh, we were obvious about that, weren't we?) We had spied and knew for sure Derrai and MarthV2's roles, we were pretty certain about slick, but unsure about clozo. We thought she could be the president, but her posts about actions didn't make sense in that context. Then she posted her clues and we knew we had it as she was the theater student. Our only problem was that if she wasn't lynched, she could have copied a kill role...she was our next target

After clozo was lynched, it was a matter of ... well, you couldn't win

...well not quite.

I had gotten a bit cocky and posted my checkmate comment and our final night 4 actions BEFORE I knew (did anyone else here know???) that SLICK'S ACTION WAS ALSO A NIGHT BLOCK!!! We trap Derrai and kill slick, there was no way for us to lose. But, since we weren't paying attention, slick had the opportunity to block the kill. I don't know who he tried to get drunk, but the kill went through.

All in all a fun game though. No hard feelings?

After thinking on it again later, I realized that I was the obvious kill choice. I'd forgotten that even though I was only spying that night, that the only way to prevent me from killing was to kill me some time before night 3.

And yeah, I woulda gone after you =P

Fyi, I spied on Marth the first night, so I knew the goodies had lost a big player right off the bat, and I think I let that slip in one of my early posts, which might have led people to speculate/realize that I was the Trojan. (Not that it mattered - winning feels good, even if it was just luck. lol)

Not the result you were intending though I think the sequence of events on N1/D1 really hurt the non-indie

And yeah, Darth, seriously, I really was frustrated and part of killing you WAS revenge for losing

Oh yeah CP can you tell me the hints to which you were alluding? Seriously if I had known my vote would have lost the DL, I would have chose RT as the sacrificial lamb on D1. Not saying the game would have ended differently, but ....

I want a rematch. We did'nt stand a chance after the middle of the game, and the INDY won.

Thanks Gmaster, for the excellent game. It was still a good time. I guess Derrai got drunk.

I could have helped more. I was just too confused. I never caught any clues either. I chose Riranor luckily.

Aye, this was a really fun experience for my first 'full' mafia game. I think just about all of us signed up for the next one so I'll see you all in the next one
