Sounds rather like the numbers part on 'Countdown'. Don't know if there's a similar show where y'all are, but it's a daily words and numbers show on British TV. Contestants pick 6 numbers - from 0 to all 4 from the "top row" which contains the numbers 25, 50, 75 100: and the rest (numbered 1 thru 10) from elsewhere.
