The riddle should be referring to two different M.J.s and the second one, which I think justkickinback and now you are referring to, definitely has no connection to your first guess (not that I have ever heard of). Gubdude made the correct reference to M.J. in the first line. The third line's connection to the answer is probably the most tenuous of them all.
