0 plasmid
"Utter chaos" An apt description of rush hour traffic in Dallas, my typical day at work, contents of my bag, and what would happen if I stole one and blamed someone else for it. But I doubt that's the real answer, hence no poetry. "Power" also seems to fit in some ways, but not completely.

Well (a hole in the ground with water in it), I'd hate to see you waste good poetry on the wrong answer. I foresee this riddle being a little sneaky. I just hope it's not disappointing. So, keep thinking. You're doing good.

0 Guest
human purse suits --> human pursuits? Oooh, nice answer and very like me. But, I'm afraid this one isn't that kind of riddle. One word. I think it's very elusive.

I foresee this riddle being a little sneaky. I just hope it's not disappointing. So, keep thinking. You're doing good. From that, I surmise that we're looking for a word with enough different meanings to fit all the clues. "Shift" seems to work with a bunch of them, but not all. Hope that helps lead someone towards the answer, since I'm off to bed for now.
