I think bredren must be patois for brethren, in which case its a plural already.

Not a big deal - just didn't know the word.

lol, good word there. Credenza was a word I had never heard in my life before I entered college. At school all my professors would say that if we needed to contact them, just drop a note in their credenza slot in the lobby. They had 2 huge cabinets on each floor of the main classroom building with lots of locked mail slots in them with the professor's names. I didn't know what a "credenza" was and really i still don't know the formal definition but those big cabinets were "Credenzas".

Oh, and to answer Perry's earlier question, a ninja  on this forum is someone that will swoop in and steal the points/words and post before you have a chance to reply. Predator was just a play on words and my attempt at a win.

Ok, I have a new word. It's not English, but in recent times it's been accepted into English and I'm pretty sure everyone participating here is familiar with the term.

6 letters, GO!

BEAUTY - ?

BTW In Aus 'credenza' seems to get used as an almost generic term for a 'cupboardy' sort of piece of office furniture. A nice word for 'office fit-out' people to through around...
