You don't have to do #3, because the answer doesn't make sense, unless someone can explain it to me. It says:

s, because it turns our cream to sour cream.

by the way, some of these can have more than one answer.

the reason behind 3's answer is this i think

lighting will cause your power to go out, so the cream in your fridge will go sour.
