Question

They can not speak up for themselves, but we agree that they exist....

How many letters of the alphabet can be silent begining, end or middle of a word...

Add a word to the list below - I am exluding double letters, Proper Nouns and of course any proper forereign words unless in normal use eg collage, but not hors d'oeuvres which we say with an accent anyway - nes pas?

I'm rescued often by mnemonic aids for Worcester, halfpenny, rendezvous and others.

But one task I've almost completed: I'll finish it now.

Question: Why is it so noisy at Wimbledon? Answer: you can't play there without raising a racquet!

Well, If I were Bristolian I wouldnt pronounce any consonants at the end of all my words...

ex fear is pronounced fea'a

and..the previous "O" doesnt work..Motion has a definite Oh in there.
