0 Brandonb
I suppose FOX is mainly not for Obama. I heard they were Republicanish. Yeah, they certainly seem that way sometimes. Then again, they are sometimes in the bag for Obama. It depends on which one of the newscasters you listen to. All of the political cometary shows have 1 or 2 from both sides battling it out. Of course, there is the O'Reilly show, but other than that it's very well balanced. It's interesting that Fox has more self-proclaimed Democrats hosting their programs than any other news network. Kinda makes you think...

I just wanted to know the POV of some of the ppl that are voting for McCain. I really dont get it. I have heard so many arguments but they are really flawed. I was hoping someone could shine a light cause I feel like either I or the rest of the nation is suffering from a mass delusion...
0 Guest
Funny, my cousin (who lives near Boulder) is a very active Democrat and will only watch CNN becuase they are blatantly pro-Obama, where my parents (and practically everyone in the very traditionally Republican state of Kansas where I reside) watch Fox. 0 Brandonb
...where my parents (and practically everyone in the very traditionally Republican state of Kansas where I reside) watch Fox. Yeah, it's the closest thing to conservative. Though far far from it, when compared to what a conservative show could be like. The Conservative equivalent of CNN would be a News Network hosted by only Hannity, Rush, and O'Reilly. I would watch that about as much as I watch CNN. Then again, there's always some people that would like it... just like there are some that only watch CNN.

0 akaslickster
Agreed...on all counts.I have not yet selected who I will vote for. I would rather vote for me, at the moment. Caine has a good run, at the moment but, he did not do diddly for my state while he was here. Everyone who reads this should know this. He is experienced, and has been involved in fighting for our country. I am sticking for now as the lesser of two evils. I vote for my PG cuz she is a happy partner that I really am deeply infatuated with by all means. I am cheating and she knows it too. She is my Pres. SMOOCH! Kinda makes you think... Of course, there's a difference between a "self-proclaimed" Democrat and a real one. Also, Alan Colmes can hardly be considered a "Liberal." He seems to be there primarily so that Hannity can knock down a liberal straw-man. They have programs like "Hannity's America" (the very concept of which gives me nightmares, ) but where's "Colmes' America"? I would like to point out further, that in the race of the mainstream media to spout the White House talking points, FOX wins hands down. I'm sorry, but I find FOX to be an especially egregious example of news coverage in this day and age of 24-hour news networks; (the others are pretty bad too, but FOX takes the cake in my book.) I cant believe anyone really takes it seriously but obviously they do.I watched CNN and many others in the past. I am sick and tired of the same old boloney politics. Just once I want a candidate who is for everyone and won't burn us on the taxes. My wish will not come true. I will stick with the topic. I voted for the local stuff when I get a chance to engross myself in it. I still think we are doomed no matter who is elected. Regardless of these opinionated media shinola, who have money to burn, and do not care about the ones who need change for the better.
