Hail to the cryptoquote!

At the risk of being voted out of the Den with just my second puzzle (or even worse, being the next star of the who killed whom murder mystery series), I present the following collection of cryptoquotes for y'all to solve. Yes, it's large, but there's a theme, and I don't want to spoil it. There are 45 quotes in all, and I'll warn you that while the sources are likely familiar, I didn't necessarily pick "famous" quotes by those sources. On the Brandonb scale, the first 43 are level 1 or 2 quotes - short to long quotes with no letters removed. The last two are level 4 quotes - a vowel has been removed and it is up to you to figure out which vowel it is and where the vowel fits in the quote. Only these last two quotes are listed with their source.
