unreality
I have 6 faces and 21 spots for me Las Vegas has the hots yet the answer is not "dice", I can assure you, this is no heist. Another meaning is used more, when you walk out the door, into an unknown state, depending on where you place your fate. Yet another ruse is just a homonym, when the colors change their whim, I bet you already know the answer, cuz you're probably a riddle master. 0 Guest
Wow. I stand corrected. The answer was 'die'. That is still not dice.
0 Guest
It spoils the rhyme, but technically, "dye" is a homophone. Homonyms are words with separate meanings that are also spelled the same. Refer to Dr. Evil's "caliber" pun.
0 Guest
actually it says that it is note dice, but die/dye works When I went to school (over 60 years ago) a singular of dice was die Just one of those critters (dice)
0 unreality
it still is "two dice" "one die" you don't say "one dice", though people who don't about "die" do
0 akaslickster
When I was in school 30 years ago they called them bones or bone. Dice or die. When will it ever change? P.S. I think roger meant correctly and should get 2 kudos. Edited July 4, 2008 by akaslickster
