0 Guest
You mean a full enclosure, no windows or doors (since buildings have roofs and floors then calculation as follows: Foundation: 20' of bricks x 20' of bricks = 400 Roof: 20' of bricks x 20' of bricks = 400 Walls: 4 columns @ 20 = 80 Then 4 walls at 18 feet wide 18 feet high = 1296 Total box: 2,176 If no roof, no floor: 4 walls at 18 feet wide, 20 feet high = 1,440, and 80 bricks for columns - 1,

0 Guest
because one you lay down the last brick it's complete therfore it only takes one to complete it.
0 Guest
Not if there's nothing there now. Then it would take all 1,520 to complete it, since it hasn't been started yet.
0 Guest
no, you can't lay all 1,520 bricks at the same time. once you lay the last brick it will be complete.

A building is never completed by putting the last brick in. Usually, the frame is the first to go in the electrical,plumbing,etc... so the last brick won't "COMPLETE" the building.
