Let's say the man is on trial for his life. The prosecuting attorney is trying to disprove his alibi:

"You want the jury of this court to believe that on the night of at June the 21st, at 11:37pm, being the miserly cheapskate you are and reluctant to tip the valet who had parked your car earlier, you were able to walk directly to jet-black car in mere minutes because you could spot it over 400 yards away without electrical aid or the aid of moonlight or streetlamps or the use of matches, lighters, candles or any other personal light source?

"And how, pray tell, were you able to accomplish the superhuman feat?"

He's in Northern Alaska where the sun doesn't set that time of year... Just a little detail that makes the man very glad the prosecutor isn't in the business of defense!

The solution is not only one.

1.The riddle doesn't says that is night.Can be day and on a day light is easy to see his car.

2.The car can be the only one by the time.

3.May be is the only one black car.

4.May be he has his own spot,because he had paid for it or for other reason.
