I thought about this too, but to call a fish leaping out of water 'close to heaven' seems too stretched.

Yea so the second one is out. But maybe the first one? I could see that one being 'close to heaven'.

I wonder how many of us had this go through our minds but did'nt think it fitted,

FISH DONT HAVE WINGS...

i deffinately went there but did not post thinking NO WAY that is too long of a stretch from fins to wings :rolleyes:

the first one could be thought of, Angelfish, because of the word angel in it, you could say it's close to heaven, and the fact that angels typically have wings, so i just transitively thought that's how the OP meant it.

The second one flying fish, it has wing like things, and it uses them when it jumps out of the water.

Not 100% on which one the OP was responding to, but I'm leaning more towards the 1st one.
