Then, while in a very dark place, she exposed the negative onto photographic paper, placed the now exposed paper into a stop bath, then into a fixer before washing the chemicals off and hanging it up to dry. It's pretty cool learning about how a photographer develops analog film; I was always interested, but never enough to really look into it.
