0 Guest
A wife's husband was killed by her sister. Everyone knew who killed him but she couldn't be charged. Why?? Why can't she be charged? Are you sure this is the perfect crime? Maybe she does not receive the death penalty. Both go to prison. One for murder, one for accesory probably. 0 Guest
A wife's husband was killed by her sister. Everyone knew who killed him but she couldn't be charged. Why?? I would think that if she killed him in a car accident in which she also died, then she could not be charged.

0 Guest
Being charged is different than being punished, is it not? I'm sure she could be charged with murder. Whoever determines the punishment may have to be a little creative though.
