Assuming the proper definition of "see" as the action of sense of sight through light, they would all see the same amount: nothing.

Of course, this rarely occurs as total darkness doesn't appear anywhere in nature; there's always some form of light levels present.

If the intent of your post was "sense" rather than "see", then bats would take the prize as they use echolocation, an enhanced sense in which they use sonar to create auditory images of their surroundings.

Neither of the three would be able to "see" at all in total darkness. A bat would be able to locate things using echo location and the Owl would have the best hearing of the three, but to actually "see" anything: None of the three.
