These beads will be used by another factory(2). The director of the factory(2) noticed a shortage in production due to insuffecient beads. so he decided to check out whether each bag contains (10000) beads or not. how can he count them without opening the cealed bag? He is allowed to use any method,but not allowed to open the bag. Sorry...if I did any English mistake. I would assume that there would be at least one bag, which contains 10000 beads and every bead weights the same. if i see anything odd i would send the whole shipment back and order new ones. if i see nohting odd i would assume that every bag surely contains 10000 beads. So the director could weight an empty bag, then take a bead that has already been used to make whatever the factory makes, and weight it. Then weight the sealed bag and compare.
