Guest Report post Posted July 13, 2007 I get all of them except the answer 29... please explain. It would end up being -1+3 + (3^6) which is 2 + 729 = 731 The only way it would work if is 2 is added to 27. To get 27 the multiples are 3x3x3 and I can't figure that out with 9 and 6. You forgot a root: -1 + root(9) + root[root(9)^6] =-1 + 3 + root[3^6] =-1 + 3 + 3^3 =-1 + 3 + 27 =

For 32 there is another way to do it: -1+[9]x9+6=32 For 38: 19/[9]/6=19x6/[9]=38, actualy is the same, just 1 step before the shown equation.

Guest Report post Posted March 4, 2009 another solution for 76: 91 - (9+6) = 76 91 - 15 and for 35: [[9]6] + 9 - 1 = 35 [3^6] + 9 - 1 3^3 + 9 - 1 27 + 9 - 1 = 35 numbers need to be in 1996 order....
