You're correct in that each haiku is a different word and they will form a final answer, but none of the guesses are yet correct. Past and Present Tense 1st Haiku -> Passed (sounds like Past) - Most of the wording came from a famous Monty Python sketch. I was hoping the "beyond life" would also point to a version of 'pass'. 2nd Haiku -> Present (obviously sounds like Present) 3rd Haiku -> Tents (sounds like Tense) So put together they form "Past and Present Tense" which is a term you would use when conjugating verbs, hence the riddle title "Conjugal Riddle". Also, the very clever (perhaps more clever than my original) answer from Gubdude involved using DEAD for the 1st Haiku and ending up with Dead Presidents.
