Guest
Caught in the pull, its a tidal wave. But dont realize, so its not brave. Selfishness looks good on none. Tidal waves will affect someone. Always something, covering it all. Tidal waves, with the rise and fall. It's going to be really easy, I know that. But don't you ever get something in your head and you just have to write it? Well, that's what this one is. So it's easy, but I hope you still enjoy solving. 0 Guest
caught in a trapTrying... Nope not that. the rise and fall of a civilization? --It rises, crests, and falls --we aren't aware of it --those who are selfish can effect others of the civilization... I've been away from BD for a few months (did ya miss me?) so I may be a bit rusty... just thinking out loud. You don't seem rusty to me, that is a very well thought out guess. Not correct, mind you, but very great. Keep it up. Oh, and of course we missed ya, glad to have you back! Edit: Oops, I missed that next guess from you. Not that either. what could go with lies...... deception, or maybe crimes???Let's try... The bolded word will definitely go along with the answer. (Well in most cases.) 0 Guest
Vanity/shame/original sin? Caught in the pull, it’s a tidal wave. But don’t realize, so it’s not brave. - if you "realize," or give recognition to someone who is vain and seeking attention, that will just make it worse - make the arrogance more brazen, "brave" Selfishness looks good on none. Tidal waves will affect someone. Always something, covering it all. Tidal waves, with the rise and fall. - Adam and Eve fell when they started covering their genitals Or maybe peer pressure? And while I am thinking up a good hint/more lines - here is something; think more basic. Something that could be in everyday life. 0 Guest
More lines. These will either help or hurt - I hope they help! Coming in many forms or shapes Tidal waves most always bring hate. Throw the chips, yes on the rocks Tidal waves almost never stop. Like a gun, but don't aim down. Tidal waves beat you to the ground. With the new lines? Or with the original? Your obvious guess could be, just like JKB's - but I need something more.

0 Guest
the affects that someone drinking has on the ones around them : family, friends, co-workers (if any), etc... Yes, I am talking about that as well in there. But look at your guess before, and lotus's guess - and what do they have in common? That will definitely give it away.
