In the bottom right corner of every post, there is a plus, minus, and number. If you like a post, you press the plus, if you dislike it because it is spam or something, you minus. Of course, you don't have to give rep. And your rep (total of plusses and minuses) appears on your profile, i.e. At the moment you have 4.
