Question

Have you ever noticed that we all work in transportation (or in the easement of transportation for others).

for example, I do pharma research, all I do is move data from one place to another, which will then help transport drugs from the manufacturing facilities to pharmacies, then moving into houses and into your bodies.

bankers merely move money from one place to another.

janitors move trash/dirt.

IT people move information or repair "ducts" which help the rest of us move info.

truckers/grocery workers/oil field workers....move stuff.

some jobs dont transport anything directly, such as teachers, health care workers, or a child care worker. They are facilitators to help others transport things and raising/teaching future little "transporters."

what do you do and how do you transport?

and can you possibly think of a job that doesnt transport?

I was just thinking about entertainers, like sports or movies or TV or comedians.

i guess in a way, they help move your butt to their "seats" so that you can pay them for keeping you there for a couple of hours.

I'd argue that I don't transport, I obstruct. As a litigator, my job is to reduce the arguments of other people to disjointed little pieces of rubbish and obstruct their communication with the finder of fact through my own argument.

I do collect money for clients though, so maybe I am a facilitator of the transport of cash flow.

Teachers actually DO transport... they transport knowledge. (if the students are listening of course :P)

what about the students? What do they transport? (lol, STDs)

well, I admit it, I think you are right, teachers do transport knowledge.

but I have to say that students dont get paid, they're not at a job. they're learning/preparing for a job, but it's not a job.
