When the latter, I'm at rest, when the first - simply the best

Bring you face just close before me, oh I'm an enhancer!

I spin and turn and bounce about,

Deny that I'm a dancer.

IMPORTANT NOTE - this one is different to my previous riddles as I am trying smething new. Namely, the riddle has two perfect solutions that fit each clue perfectly. The two answers have nothing to do with one another but when you get them both, one will somehow explain something about the other. The final answer is thus a composition of the two. So solve the riddle once, solve the riddle twice, then tell me what the final answer is.

This is why I thought water, since you were curious how I reasoned:

Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to the Stage! --> since water can put on a show (and shows happen on water)

Sometimes I'm the Master, somethimes I'm the page

When the latter, I'm at rest, when the first - simply the best -->works because still/unmoving water isn't showy/commanding, but when water is "the Master" is isn't still...thinking rain or a waterfall...

Bring youR face just close before me, oh I'm an enhancer! -->reflection...enhances your view.

Deny that I'm a dancer. --> water dances, just watch the rain!

Just in case you wanted to know why I thought it was water, and someone else did too.

Funny riddle though, kept me curious!
