I'm not sure how the rest fits but I'd guess mostly lyrics. I found it by searching "pretentious pop band" and the 2nd or 3rd hit was from a blog entry titled "Trying to Find the Mix Between Pretentious and Pop", so I definitely got lucky And they do get good reviews so I'll probably spend tomorrow trying to find some songs and see how they sound.
