Question

Seems no one else has gotten this idea yet. Masterword but with numbers. It goes like this. I'm thinking of a number ,with X number of digits, and you have to guess it. Guess any number with the same number of digits and I'll score them like this

say the number I pick is: 15623

and you guess:65897

I'll return with this message: 65987 xo

the "X" means that you have a correct number in the correct spot (the 5)

and the "O" means that you have a correct number in a incorrect spot (the 6)

say someone else posts 49487

I will respond 65987 xo

49748 _

the blank means that none of the numbers are correct

people will keep guessing until someone sends the correct number

then that person has first the right to start the next game (as a rule of courtesy no one should start a game and immediately post that they are leaving)

easy right...

Let's start small with a four digit number ****

(as with masterword new games should be started on the same post)

yes, there are only two possible answers for the given clues. Since WM already has one, I'll take the other:

08193

I just thought the zero in front would make it a four digit number

what does everyone else think?

I think that if that is the case that it shouldn't be allowed.

if we do it like that zero shouldn't be allowed at the end either

Bro,

That's different.

If you have, for instance, three thousand dollars, you will not say "zero-three thousand", and that's why the zero at the left maybe questionable.
