Question

After a heavy storm, Zack settled down as he went around, begging for help.

He noticed how a person approached him. It was andromeda!

She asked,"What are you doing?" Zack replied," Looking for something that has eluded me all my life, my family."

Andromeda noticed how Zack was holding a note. She said," That seems like a puzzle, and i like puzzles

:) ill help you."

Zack handed her the note:

"Catch a plane to where?!"said andromeda.

"Seems like a hunt to me,"Zack said.

Andromeda said, don't worry, i have friends

*It's Up To Us To Save Zack From being orphaned" typed andromeda.

"Now where to go..." said Zack.

I know I am going to sound dumb, but how do these things work? Am I supposed to look in these books to find something? I have Ender's Game and the DaVinci Code, but not Slaughterhouse Five.

You are supposed to look in the books, but where?

Ender's game:

5, chapter five

1, first page of that chapter

1, first paragraph

3, thrid line of that paragraph

2 second word of that line

Shirley if that was the case, then it would depend heavily on what edition you were reading... So I don't think that can be right.

Shirley if that was the case, then it would depend heavily on what edition you were reading... So I don't think that can be right.

that was my initial thought... however, since it doesn't just say "page 52, paragraph 3, line 4, etc..." then it may not be as susceptible to the differences in editions... plus it says C,P,S,W,L, which I assume means, "Chapter,Paragraph,Sentence,Word,Letter," or something similar.

Actually, if we are looking at chapter, paragraph, sentence, word, letter, there shouldn't be any difference between editions, unless there have been major edits between editions.

edited to reword response and add spoiler.

I have a special edition of The Da Vinci Code (hardback with pictures on every page) and I'm reading Ender's Game online, so I don't think I can contribute much to this.:(

i don't think it matters what edition you have, cuz it just does chapter and then paragraph so it should all be the same. sadly i don't have any of those books.
