0 Guest
they break news minus the emergency rooms= port (reporter - re and er) port+a+man+n?
0 Guest
David makes sense for the first word. "Reporter" minus the er's is port. "Aye" means yes, and can be spelled as "i". Hombre means man + the other "n" at the end of "den"... The letters all add up to 14, but who is "David Portimann"?

0 Guest
to the car rental. Maybe David Reutimann will be there signing autographs. The Hoo's got it, but... ..it's the furniture rental store instead. Reutimann drives the AARONS dream machine car, and Aaron's rents furniture. So I could see it going either way. Nice work Cherry

You are at a picnic in your favorite park when an ant infestation breaks out! Suddenly an ant that is twice your size hauls your friend away!
Taunting you, the tiny ants stand in formation and spell out this note,
Your friend has been sent
To a place where they rent!
You glance around and see multiple places that might be the renters...
There's an apartment complex,
There's a video rental store,
There's a furniture rental store,
There's a construction equipment store that rents machines,
There's a duplex house with a for rent sign out front,
and
There's a car rental store.
The ants then reform like a marching band into the following hint:
day without the why + a word for angry minus the half of life = 1st word
they break news minus the emergency rooms + old agreement term + hombre + end of den = 2nd word
(combined there are 14 letters in the hint)
Where o where has that goliath-ant taken your fellow picnicker?
