Well lobe might be earlobe. So then an earring? Not sure about the pastry though. It is the smallest of the three so it fits that and they all have something to do with the head/face.

I can never get the right answer. Except for the one before. I think I can assume that it's got something to do with a ring. Could it be as simple as a ring? But I still don't get the pastry bit. If not a ring, then bracelet or chain (as in necklace). But ring should probably be closer

The meat lobe is your finger and the iron pastry is the ring. there are pastry that are made shaped like ring, in my country we have a specific name for them. Of course for everyone else maybe impossible to know that but...
