The quote, according to lupetu's answer is

Only a man who has felt despair is capable of feeling ultimate bliss

Which is greatly commend lupetu for discovering because I could never find that if I stared at the thing for a year... it took me 5 minutes to find out how the quote went in his picture <_<

Thank you for reviving this. I think you know what the quote is and where it came from

There are 2 "ultimate"s in my version.

Spoiler for Also a few notes on the method:

You have to construct new boxes from the original boxed quote. I've already hinted at the size of these new boxes. Then you have to figure out how to build them. You must travel around the quote alternating at 180 degrees. There is a small twist when you get to the middle of the quote, but that won't be hard to figure out since there is only one letter of it's kind. ;)
