You brought me back to look again at number #9 with your link, but I'm still not sure of the connection: VESTIBULAR INSTABILITY - must be to do with balance so I can only think DIZZY. But I can't see the connection with my landmark?

0 Guest
It looks like these are a list of Alfred Hitchcock movies. In reverse order, Dial M for Murder, Rear Window, To Catch a Thief, and more that I haven't figured out. I see guessed this because foolonthehill got me close to Vertigo. 0 Guest
Movies Alfred Hitchcock produced from 1954 to 1976 Very True. not the full set...that would have taken days to compose.
0 Guest
Yes. Here is a quote for why. outisde the ring. What can a good sailor box from memory? A sailor can 'box' or recite the points of a compass! It goes N, N by E, NNE, NE by N, NE, NE by E, etc so the 30th is North by Northwest (backwards)! I think that's pretty hard if you have no sailing/wind knowledge... edit: spelling Edited September 24, 2008 by foolonthehill
