Has his behavior changed recently? Increased/decreased appetite, lethargic, insomnia, trouble concentrating, lack of motivation, Perform a blood test for tox. Check for skin irritations. Then quickly strike up a conversation with the boy, and show him my shoulder-scratch. Sends interns to the location where scratch was inflicted, to search for anything that could have caused the symptoms.
