Question

Since these seem so popular I wanted to try one. Sorry my story telling skills aren't as elaborate as some.

It seemed like a rather peaceful day just outside of Eyes house this morning. The birds chirped merrily and the wind gently rustled the leaves of the big oak tree just outside. A pink flamingo mailbox greeted passers by, and the garage door stood ominously open. The car and driver that had left the night before, had never returned.

Today, CSI was at the scene of a grisly death in this small town of rural Pennsylvania.

"Ironic his online name was EyesOfTheDead" said the detective, "because now he's looking through them"

50 yards from Eyes house was a totaled 07 Grand Am, smashed into a telephone pole by the side of the road.

"I've never seen anything like it" stated another detective, "Decapitated.... but how?"

Eyes bloody body was still in the drivers seat, the automatic seatbelt still buckled. In the back seat was his head, with a rather suprised look on his face.

There were no clues, no evidence to how his head was cut clean off. It was estimated the car was traveling at a high speed, the crash resulted from no control of the vehicle after the decapitation.

"No one could have been in the car with him" said the detective, "We would have found some trace of the injury they sustained from crashing with him or jumping out of the car."

"The second detective shouted "That's it!", examined some areas of the scene a little closer, and immediately solved this strange MURDER!

How did I die?

Lol...you're not suppose to kill yourself in these, you're suppose to kill someone else...;P

Anyways,

was a convertible. There was a wire strung up somewhere along the rode which took off his head when he drove past it at high speeds...

Nope, it wasn't a convertable. You're on the right track though.

i think this is right...

he fell asleep at the wheel, crashed into the pole, and a ninja chopped off his head while he was unconcious

Lol yeah! How did the stupid cop know he didn't get decapitated after he hit the pole?

Oh and welcome to the Den Evan! :D

Lol, actually, it was the Grim Reaper...scythes are much better decapitating weapons...;P

windows or a sunroof to which there was a wire attached?

Potentialy... but how would I not notice?

Lol this was another one of my ingenious murders.

First off, I climbed up to the top of a lightpole to the part overhanging the street. Then, I tied a long wire of fishing line to the top so it would loop down just far enough to where it would go through an unsuspecting passers-by moon roof, knowing that Eyes takes the same way home everyday back to his house. So when Eyes drove by at a high speed, the front of his car hit the fishing line but he didn't notice. Then, it went down through the moon roof and got caught around his neck, thus decapitating him in a clean and efficient manner...

B))

Lol that would only work if the driver had a moon roof directly about his head though...

There wasn't a window or sunroof, but the detective found maybe a hole drilled into the back windsheild. However how would it be hidden. I wasn't drunk and I would have noticed a large wire in the middle of the car or on the dashboard. The clue is in my first post.

It

the seat-belt. It went along the side and along the seat belt. Something was rigged that at high enough speeds or after a certain period of time it would come loose and pull backwards...

The killer, whoever he was, had a wire tied to the oak tree that ran through a small hole drilled in the back windshild. The end was made into a big noose and attached to the automatic seatbelt. Not entirely hidden, but unnoticable it you're in a hurry.

I thought of this after reading about a real suicide where a guy did this exact thing but with a rope.

I don't get it! How did the noose go around his neck to be jerked off at high speeds to cut his head off? I can see maybe if the wire went down the seam of the seat belt on the edge and the seat belt went snug and the neck went forward. Is that what you mean? When I think noose... I think circle around an object...???

Do you not know how an automatic seat belt works?

I do know how it works... but I just think I would notice something going around my neck as the automatic seat belt moved from one side of the window to the other? I don't know. I am not bought on this one... I would have to really be in a rush not to notice.

No, the wire is loose and hidden behind the seat belt when the person gets in. It's when the car moves that the wire gets pulled back because it's attached to the tree and gets wrapped around the person's neck...
