Question

It's pretty straight forward. Decode the message, each letter is consistantly-(always) replaced-(maybe) by a different letter in the alphabet.

And don't forget the spoilers!

KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE WHO TRY TO BELITTLE YOUR AMBITIONS. SMALL PEOPLE ALWAYS DO THAT, BUT THE REALLY GREAT [ONES] MAKE YOU FEEL THAT YOU, TOO, CAN BECOME GREAT. ~MARK TWAIN

Very misleading with the 'e's remaining the same.

I think you were missing that one word.

haha, true. the consistent letter was just a coincidence in how my scrambled letters matched up. Though no, that word was not in the original quote. Or a least not in the text I found it in. Good job though, I'll prob have another one up tomorrow.

Without the "ones" it didn't quite make sense.

Well, that least, a webpage containing that quote included the "ones", and that just makes a little bit more sense to me. ;)

The puzzles Brandonb posts are very similar to something on the St. Petersburg Times. I only ever had a week's worth of practice there ( on vacation), but its the same style. Sometimes requires some guess and check but that's it. There are many little clues that you can pick from it to figure it out. But I don't want to reveal too much of my strategy

And Brandonb, thanks for the puzzle :P

After finding out the speaker was Twain, it was easy.
