Okay, three people are kidnapped and put in a room with blindfolds and hats. The blindfolds have small holes that allows the three men to look only what is in front of them. The killer puts different hats on each man, having the last one in the back get the largest hat, the weight of the hats have no difference. The killer asked the three men, "Who is wearing the largest hat? If you do not tell the right answer with the first setence you say, you will die, there will be no moving or sign language." How do the three men figure out that the last man in the back has the hat?

The last man with the biggest hat suffocated in it and keeled over so the other 2 heard him.

Because the second man does not shout the answer from looking at the first man, and the second person also doesn't have the hat in the eyes of the third person, he concludes that he has the large hat.

Your answer is not logical. CAn you explain a bit more? How can one man be sure he does not have the largest hat ?
