im guessing that the madman with the gun killed the german vetran for some reason then the guy with the knife tried to kill him so the gun guy shot him then so no-one would find out he killed the remaining vetran then he was disgusted with what he had done so he shot himself

i was just guessing that if there was a suposed mad man he would have a weapon of some sort

i asumed that his weapon would be a knife because having two madmen with guns would be silly

they rode on madman's car and since he was mad he drove off a cliff then they all died
