Question

A man has died and been assigned to go to heaven. On his way to heaven, he reaches a fork. Each way is closed by a gate and guarded by a gate keeper. One gate leads to heaven and the other to hell. He has been informed that one gatekeeper always tells the truth and the other always lies. The man is allowed to ask one and only one question and to only one gatekeeper. What question should he ask and to whom in order to go to heaven?

A version of this one has already been discussed here. He could ask either gate keeper:

1) "What would the other gate keeper say was behind this gate?"

The correct answer is always negated.

2) "What would you say if I asked you where this gate led?"

The answer will always be correct.

3) "Do you like pie?"

Just a very important question.
