Question

The names not A-Rod but not a fat cat,

Tall, slender, and wearing a top hat.

No..not baseball; but alike is a fact.

Don't shove or he might strike back.

Second one says he is only small grade,

But don't break me...some maybe afarid.

Finally, no need to rush its just a short wait,

And I could hang down the back of your date.

I am three that really sound all the same,

Think really hard, I am really not to blame.

hmmm i cant find a homophone that fits all 3 clues

plate- for the bases plate- as in dish plait-as in hair down your dates back

or

racquet racket rack-it

i think im out of ideas after this one..

only 2 different games snooker and pool

1)cue- as in pool stick and the tip looks like a top hat also works if if you were using POW with A-Rod

2)Q- maybe something chemistry related

or if we are allowed to use the word again cue as in ball

3)queue- as in wait line and a braid of hair

1.Cue- A long rod with leather tip used in playing pool. Also used in shuffle-board.

2. Que- a half farthing..also would of excepted Que- spanish for "which" or "that"

3. queue- a waiting line or a braid of long hair.

i didn't know that queue was a braid of hair.....but now i do....;):D

neither did i. i thought it was only meant waiting in line until i looked it up in the dictionary.
