Question

Here is a code I worked on for a little while:

3@3%3^ ~ 2@1*2@3^2( ~ 1!3!2&3#3%2% ~ 2&2#2@3^2@ ~ 3#1&~1!2% ~ 2@2^3&1!3$ ~ 2!3&2& ~ 3%1^1^3%1&3#2&2@ ~ 3^2@1!3!2&3#3%2%

(the '~'s count as spaces.)

The question I pose to you is simply this: 1, 2, or 3?

When you first decode it, it will be gibberish. It must be decoded two different ways.

When you answer, please explain how you got to the answer.

As in the 3rd law by N.

You are correct, I guess I'm not that good of a code maker. :(

And since you didn't post the explanation, I will.

Each pair of letter and symbol represents a key on the keyboard.

Examples: 1! = 1st letter of ! column; would be Q.

2$: 2nd letter of $ column, would be F.

You use this to get the first part. Then you line up "QAZWSXEDC..." with "ABCDEFGHI..." and you get the following:

For every action there is an equal but opposite reaction
