The Steel Worm, I was first called, It won't help, so don't be appalled. Spun metal, wood bar is a basic kind, quite common and very easy to find. Rack & Pinion sported on some as well, and have wings, so called you'll tell. Once I am used my job it does end, insides come out, I'm a good friend.
